Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, programmes, and services of 1% Elite Minds. By applying, enrolling, or participating in any programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• Minimum Age: 13 years old (no upper age limit)
• Students under 18 must have verifiable parent/guardian consent
• Parent/guardian must attend enrollment meeting with our Elite Executives
• Parent/guardian must participate in the payment form process
• We reserve the right to verify age; false information may result in removal without refund

2. Programme Enrolment

Application Process

1. Complete the application form honestly
2. Complete any required assessment or challenge
3. Participate in a video interview
4. Parent meeting (for students under 18)
5. Receive decision within 7 working days

Acceptance is at our sole discretion, based on commitment, coachability, and alignment with programme values — not academic grades. Enrolment is confirmed only upon full payment or first EMI payment.

3. Fees & Payment

• Programme fees stated on each programme page (in INR)
• 18% GST added where applicable
• Payment via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS
• All payments processed securely through Razorpay
• EMI options available for select programmes
• Payment confirmation sent within 24 hours

4. Refund Policy

Pre-Programme Grace Period (7 Days)

Within 7 days of payment AND before programme start: refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. Submit request to 1eliteminds@gmail.com. Decision within 5 working days.

Cohort Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a cohort: you receive a 100% refund OR transfer to the next cohort (your choice). Notified at least 7 days in advance.

5. Programme Participation

• EFEP: Minimum 80% attendance required for graduation certificate
• Session recordings available to enrolled students only — sharing prohibited
• 4 Major Challenges mandatory to progress in EFEP
• Failing challenges: 2-week remediation sprint offered
• Academic integrity strictly enforced — plagiarism results in immediate removal without refund

6. Code of Conduct

Expected Behaviour

Treat all students, mentors, and team members with respect. Participate constructively, provide honest feedback, and maintain professional conduct.

Prohibited Behaviour

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Sharing offensive or harmful content
• Sharing login credentials or programme materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Recording or screenshotting sessions for unauthorized distribution

Consequences

Warning → Suspension → Permanent removal without refund (depending on severity).

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, templates, and frameworks are the intellectual property of 1% Elite Minds (Aman Bhavaan). You may NOT record, copy, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes. You own all work you create during the programme. We may showcase your work only with explicit written consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

We do NOT guarantee earnings, business success, employment, clients, or any financial outcomes. Results depend entirely on your effort, consistency, and execution. Maximum liability is strictly limited to fees paid for the specific programme.

We may recommend third-party tools (AI services, software). You are responsible for subscribing and paying for these tools separately.

9. Termination

You may withdraw at any time — no refund provided. We may remove you immediately without refund for: violations of these Terms, non-payment, false information, academic dishonesty, or disruptive behaviour. Upon termination, all access to materials, sessions, and community is immediately revoked.

10. General Provisions

• Governed by the laws of India
• Disputes resolved exclusively in courts of Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, India
• Attempt good-faith resolution via email before pursuing legal action
• These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
